After two months of intense voting by the fine folks over at 2ch (as well as a handful of weeaboo hangers-on,) Kagami Hiiragi of Lucky Star was officially* named the most moe anime girl of 2007 on November 2. Congratulations, and no, the choice of outfit doesn't mean I wanted Hatsune Miku to win instead. (I'm a Matsuri man all the way.)

Fuck Saimoe, Fuck Sucky SARS, and fuck you and all the rest of the sheeple for accepting the results. If it wasn't for 4chan this bullshit wouldn't have happened. Hopefully the Japanese realize that opening Saimoe to Americans ruined the contest and they invalidate these bullshit weaboo votes so a worthy series can win.

On a technical note, I would like to comment that in an armbinder there is a strap or a tyingthing of sort to prevent "wriggling" out of it in the upper section. Other way to put it: it's not held from above so you can escape from it.
